However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within <strong>48 hours of delivery</strong> along with photos or video proof. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit based on eligibility.</p>
<p style="margin:0 0 1rem;">Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of silver jewellery, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, size issues, or normal wear and tear. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.</p>
<p style="margin:0 0 1rem;">Refunds are only processed in cases where a replacement is unavailable or when the product is confirmed as defective upon arrival. Refund amounts will be initiated within <strong>7–10 working days</strong> to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.</p>
